FAQs
LAB GROWN DIAMONDS
What’s the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled laboratory environment, while natural diamonds are formed underground over millions of years.
They share the same physical, chemical, and optical properties — the difference lies in origin, not appearance or structure.
Are lab-grown diamonds eco-friendly?
Lab-grown diamonds generally involve less environmental and social impact compared to traditional mining.
That said, we focus on responsible sourcing and transparency, rather than making absolute environmental claims.
How are your lab-grown diamonds sourced?
All diamonds used in our jewelry are lab-grown diamonds, sourced through trusted suppliers and selected individually for quality, balance, and appearance.
What certifications come with my lab-grown diamond?
Diamonds 1.00 ct and above are provided with an IGI certificate by default. For diamonds under 1.00 ct or multi-stone designs, individual certification is not provided by default.
If you require certification for diamonds under 1.00 ct, this can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
If you prefer a GIA-certified lab-grown diamond, please contact us — we can source GIA-certified stones subject to availability and pricing.
What do the 4 C’s really mean?
The 4 C’s — Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat — are a helpful framework, but they don’t tell the whole story. We prioritize overall brilliance and visual balance, not just numbers on a certificate.
SETTINGS & METALS
What metals do you offer?
We offer 14K gold, 18K gold, and platinum.Gold is available in white, yellow, or rose upon request.
What’s the difference between 14K and 18K gold?
14K gold is more durable and suitable for everyday wear.18K gold has a richer color and higher gold content. Both are excellent choices — the right option depends on lifestyle and preference.
Do you recommend platinum?
Platinum is naturally white, dense, and durable. It’s a great option for those who prefer weight and longevity, though it requires different maintenance compared to gold.
Does my diamond color affect metal choice?
Metal choice can subtly influence how a diamond appears.White metals emphasize brightness, while yellow or rose gold can add warmth.
We’re happy to advise based on your preferences.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER
What can be customized?
We offer custom jewelry across rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.
Customization may include adjustments to stone size, metal selection, proportions, and design details.
You may begin with one of our existing designs or discuss a more personalized approach — our process is designed to be flexible while maintaining balance, wearability, and craftsmanship.
How does the custom process work?
Our custom process is designed to be clear and considered:
- Select a design or share your preferences
- Confirm stone size, metal, and key details
- Review diamond options (for rings)
- Approve the design rendering (if applicable)
- Production begins after final confirmation
We guide you through each step to ensure clarity before anything is made.
How long does a custom piece take?
All pieces are made to order.
Production begins after all details are confirmed.
- Singapore: delivery within 2 weeks
- Other countries: delivery within 3–4 weeks
Timelines may vary slightly depending on design complexity or special requests. We’ll always confirm before proceeding.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Minor adjustments may be possible before production begins.Once production has started, changes are limited.
If any updates are needed, we’ll communicate clearly before moving forward.
Can you work with a reference image or inspiration?
Yes. Reference images or inspiration can be helpful in understanding your preferences.
Our role is to interpret and adapt ideas into a design that works structurally and visually, rather than reproducing designs exactly.
What if I’m not sure about the details yet?
That’s completely fine.If you’re unsure about sizing, stone options, or design details, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
We’re happy to help you refine your choices and answer any questions along the way.
